General

You can import or retrieve routes in the app using various methods, which means you can quickly access a route in the route planner without manually planning it in the app. This article provides detailed explanations of these different import methods.

How to Retrieve a Route?

In the app, at the bottom of the menu, select the icon with the QR code labeled Import.

You will notice that this icon turns green, indicating that the route import feature is active on your screen. On the screen that appears, you can then choose how to retrieve a route by tapping on the grey box for QR, Route Code, or Nodes.

QR Code

The first way to retrieve a route is through a QR code. This method is activated by default.

Press the Scan QR Code button, and you can directly scan the QR code of a route, for example, one you just planned on our website, or one someone wants to share with you.

Once the QR code is scanned, tap the Retrieve Route button, and the route will open in the app.

Route Code

The second way to import a route is via a route code. In the grey field, select Route Code and enter the code. Then press the Retrieve Route button, and the route will open in the app.

Nodes

The third way is to simply enter nodes, and our system will retrieve and open the route in the app. To do this, choose Nodes in the grey field. This unique import method allows you to quickly retrieve a route, for example, from a printed route or brochure that does not have a QR code or route code available.

Enter the first node and then press the plus icon.

Repeat this process until you have entered at least five nodes. This way, a unique route will always be formed. Finally, press the Retrieve Route button, and the route will open in the app.

If you entered an incorrect node, press the icon with the trash can to remove it from the list.
