Icon description route Description

Depart at Horst Castle for a trip through the hills of Hageland. Along the way, the route treats you to some views of vineyards. The vineyards themselves are not always on the route. During the wine weekends in August you can visit the wineries. More info: www.toerismevlaamsbrabant.be/wijn.

Along the way you pass the Hageland Wine Visitors Center and the renowned Vlooyberg Tower. You can also start this route in Wezemaal, at the Hageland Wine Visitor Center. You can shorten the route by going directly from 45 to 65 (35 km).

This cycle route is offered by Tourism Flemish Brabant.

Wednesday, August 10, 2022 by Guy LefeverA beautiful route. There are a few gravel strips in it but they are doable with the course bike. There is also a cobbled section but well rideable. A few tough climbs though, which makes it fun. Highly recommended. Signage is ok.

Saturday, July 9, 2022 by F.V.Fantastic route through forests and vineyards! Some segments on unpaved roads, but doable with the course bike! Highlight is the Vlooyberg tower!

Sunday, September 6, 2020 by Wilfried VerhulstBeautiful route = Recommended Well oplketten, not all parts are paved and sometimes you drive through forest roads and over cobblestones. Beautiful views and a visit to the Vlooyberg tower is worthwhile. Signposting is generally very good, some signs need to be cleared of weeds so they are more visible from a distance.
