Icon description route Description

Explore the Winge Valley and the Kloosterbroek Forest, which—together with Dunbergbroek and Horst—form the Hagelandse Vallei nature reserve. In May, the Daslookpad (Wild Garlic Trail) truly lives up to its name and is a delight for all the senses. The winding Winge River accompanies you all the way to a covered picnic shelter. Next comes a boardwalk and a rest area near a standard-tree orchard.

Before you set out: The trail is marked in both directions with a blue diamond.

Monday, May 24, 2021 by Karin van de VenAfter days of rain, you need good walking shoes on this hike. Very muddy, like it myself, the child comes back to the surface, beautiful surroundings. Alternately paved, unpaved but mostly unpaved. Indicates 7.2 km but after my experience I walked a bit more. Not bad, walk does not get bored.
