Description
You rarely see this, but St. Pancratius Church in Sterrebeek has an altar that faces west. This is where your walk through the open spaces of the Moorsel plateau begins, offering beautiful views and a few sunken roads. You’ll walk past Sterrebeek’s historic horse racing track—now a golf course—alongside the Ter Meeren castle estate and Sterrebeek’s “green lung,” the Zeen. Oh, and by the way, Mr. Louis Craps (1907–1976) was not only a school principal in Sterrebeek but also a lover of culture and nature.
Before you set out: This is a walk on a virtual walking network. The junctions are not marked on the ground. Follow the hexagonal red-and-white signs bearing the name of the walk.

Saturday, April 17, 2021 by M.V.Nice route. Two pictures that are not so clear where it goes, but still found the right way. One piece is really difficult to walk when it's wet, between the fields it was really a mudpool that was difficult to access. It's not a big piece and the rest is pleasant to walk.
