Icon description route Description

We did this short, beautiful cultural walk on 06/06/2025 (9361 steps).

During this route, one follows the bank of the Wiltz towards Weidingen. In Weidingen, one ascends via a steep climb to the Quetschebierg. Through a small loop, one heads towards Niederwiltz, passing by the ruins of the Kaul sanatorium. The route continues to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, a pilgrimage site in honor of Our Lady of Fatima.

Along the way of the cross, one descends to Rue du Moulin à Vent, passing a windmill without blades. To conclude the route, one arrives a little further at the Church of Saints-Pierre-et-Paul. The church is accessible via a staircase, but one can also reach it via the road. The door was open, so a visit was not to be missed.

You just have to embrace the beautiful nature and views! 😉
