The hike consists of 2 loops where in the first loop you mostly walk through the forest. The second loop offers more variety in the landscape.
We also encountered horses with riders and especially mountain bikers in that second part which is also a bit more hilly. Near the central junction 100, which is at the abbey, you have two stalls where they sell ice cream.
