Icon description route Description

For this walk, we chose the Mullerthaltrail extratour A, a loop that is 21.2 km long.

We split it into two parts and closed the loops again, resulting in two beautiful walks. We parked the car in the hiking parking lot along the CR 119 and walked clockwise so that we first passed through the beautiful ‘Schrondweiler Forest’.

Once out of the forest, we had beautiful views of the village ‘Medernach’ and the stunning surroundings. After crossing ‘Medernach’, we headed towards ‘Larochette’.

The church of ‘Larochette’ is certainly worth a visit, and the castle is also accessible. A visit can possibly be combined with this walk.

We left ‘Larochette’ behind and returned to the starting point through the woods. During this walk, one can enjoy beautiful views.
