The hike starts at De Schranshoeve and heads toward the beautiful Dorent-Nelebroek nature reserve in the Zenne Valley. At the heart of the reserve, you’ll find isolated Zenne meanders where you can spot the crested newt and see the greater burnet in bloom. Walk through a patchwork of marshy meadows. You’ll also pass the historic Impel Castle, which has stood there since the 12th century. 

Before you set out: This is a walk on a virtual hiking network. The junctions are not marked on the ground.
The walk is offered by the Brabantse Kouters Regional Landscape in collaboration with the municipality.

Indeed no junction sign and only a few "dorent" arrows present which moreover are sometimes wrong! Attention: on the map the start place is wrongly indicated. This is located in Stijn streuvelslaan. So the plan is also wrong.
