Icon description route Description

You can park at the football stadium parking lot in Diekirch on Rue Joseph Merten.

You can also start from Diekirch station, but this adds half a kilometer round trip.

We had to be in Diekirch and decided to link a walk to it. A quick look to see if there are still paths we haven't walked yet, and lo and behold, we found something.

This time we used the MTB route Ingeldorf-Ettelbruck and some local walks. It was a successful walk with beautiful views of the Sûre valley and Diekirch and surroundings.

Attraction: The Deiwelselter (English: Devil's Altar) is a megalith constructed of prehistoric stones in Diekirch, Luxembourg, about seven meters high. According to a study, the stones date back to around 2000 BC.
