This is a true wow-hike. It is the western part of the "Circuit du Lac" which is a total of 43 km long. We stopped at 27 km, which is more than enough. Allow sufficient time to complete the loop. We took 8 hours, including breaks. There are plenty of stunning views. Just look at the photo album and you'll know enough. The photos only give a tiny glimpse of what can be seen in reality.
