General

This article applies to both our website and our app, where you can manage your account entirely on your own. Here, we explain how to do this.

Via website

When logged into our website, you can easily manage your account. Click on Account > Profile at the top of the page. On the webpage that appears, you will find all the data and information associated with your account.

Profile

You can adjust the following information as needed:

  • Personal details: first name, last name, email address, year of birth, postal code, and language preference.
  • Newsletter consent: check or uncheck the box according to whether you wish to receive our newsletters in your mailbox.
  • Password: click on the pen icon and follow further instructions.

After making changes, don’t forget to click Save Changes.

Subscription

Here, you can also check the status of your subscription, if applicable. If you have an active subscription, the type of subscription and the expiration date will be displayed.

Delete account

If you wish, you can also delete your account. Please note that all your information, saved routes, etc., will be permanently deleted from our system when you delete your account.

Via mobile app

Profile

You can also easily manage your profile via the app. Go to More at the bottom right of the screen.

Then, select the top field (usually your username) to view and modify your personal details as desired.

You can adjust the following information as needed:

  • Password: click on the pen icon and follow further instructions.

After making changes, don’t forget to tap Save Changes.

Subscription

You can view the status of your subscription through the app as well. Navigate to More at the bottom right of the home screen. In the list, select My Subscription, which is usually the second-to-last field. The type of subscription and the expiration date will be displayed.

If you do not have a subscription, you will see What is Premium? in this section.

Delete account

You can also delete your account through the app if you wish. Please note that all your information, saved routes, etc., will be permanently deleted from our system when you delete your account.
