This route takes you along the most beautiful gravel roads in the Hageland fruit-growing region. It’s especially beautiful in early spring when the countless orchards are in full bloom. Along the way, you’ll pass several unique observation towers, such as the Pallox blossom artwork in Hoegaarden, De Houten Reus in Linter, and the tower at Provinciedomein Het Vinne. At Café Boerenhof in Meensel, the birthplace of Eddy Merckx, you’re more than welcome—even in your cycling gear.
