Our NodeMapp Hike app now guides you through your smartwatch

For our avid Premium users who prefer the peace and serenity of nature, but still want to stay on the right path: we have exciting news for you! Our NodeMapp Hike app now functions with the most popular smartwatches while navigating, allowing you to effortlessly follow your route without constantly having to check your phone. Currently, navigation via the smartwatch is limited to the Node mode. We are working on an update that will soon also allow Turn-by-turn navigation on your smartwatch.

Apple Watch: always the right route

Hikers with an Apple Watch can now seamlessly start the navigation mode of our app and receive direct route instructions on their Watch App. Never get lost again while fully enjoying the surroundings. When you install the latest version of our iOS app via the App Store, the Watch OS version will, in principle, automatically be installed on your Apple Watch.

Wear OS shows you the way

With a quick glance at your wrist, you’ll know exactly where to go, allowing you to fully focus on the beautiful surroundings. Download the latest version of the NodeMapp Hike app on your Android device and then via the Google Play Store on your Wear OS smartwatch. No more frequently checking your smartphone to find out what the next hiking node is.

Garmin smartwatches: notifications on the go

We haven’t forgotten Garmin enthusiasts either: as you navigate through hiking nodes with our NodeMapp Hike app, we send notifications to your Garmin smartwatch. All you have to do now is relax.

With this update, we aim to provide hikers with an even richer experience. The smartwatch integration ensures you always stay on the right path while fully enjoying your hike.
